To be accepted , Larock had to pass a selection committee‘s criâ€" teria which included a gruelling threeâ€"day weekend "where you were pushed to your absolute extremes, and observed how you ”behaved and reacted to certain situations." Out of 51 people chosen to participate in this orientation weekend, 25 passed the test.
