The Oakville driver was also taken to hospital and was listed in satisfactory condition. According to police, witnesses said there was no evidence of speeding and although there were pockets of fog in the area it is not believed to be a factor in the acciâ€" dent. The driver of the westbound car was taken by ambulance to Milton District Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. No charges will be laid.
