The District Plan contains goals, objectives, policies, guidelines and recommendations respecting the future successful conservation, maintenance, and protection of the distinctive heritage features and characteristics of the area in question. Please be advised that the Planning Services Department will host a Public Information Meeting to present the Final District Plan for the Trafalgar Road Heritage Conservation District. The north boundary generally follows the back property lines on the north side of Spruce Street from Trafalgar Road to Reynolds Street. The eastern boundary extends south along Reynolds Street to just north of Palmer Avenue and east over to Allan Street to include all those properties on the east side of Allan Street between Brantwood School and Randall Street. The southern boundarz generally follows the back lot lines of those properties on the sout side of Sumner Avenue between Trafalgar Road and Allan Street.
