(Kitty)- Passed away quietly on July 16, 2006 in her 88th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Arie, June 15, 2003. Mother of Connie (Alan Sargant) of London, Ontario and Gerry (Els) Gobel of Oakville. Dear Grandmother of Nathalie and Jeffrey Gobel. A private cremation was held at K o p r i v a Ta y l o r C o m m u n i t y F u n e r a l Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville. (905) 844-2600. Interment at St. Jude's Cemetery. Kitty was a longtime volunteer at Extendicare and a 25 year volunteer at the Oakville Red Cross. She enjoyed her daily swim at the Seniors Noon Splash at the Centennial pool for many years and participated in many outings and programs at the Kerr Street Seniors Recreation Center. Recently she enjoyed her visits to the new S.E.N.A.C.A. (Seniors Enjoy Nurturing Activities Companionship Achievements) Palermo Center. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by longtime neighbours and friends. A Celebration of her life will be held at S.E.N.A.C.A. 2521 Dundas Street West, (Palermo) Oakville on Wednesday July 26, 2006 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Many thanks to all the people who gave Mom all the extra support in the last couple of months, and the nurses and medical staff on the 4th floor O.T.M.H. for their dedication.
