An Oakville native and Syracuse University fine arts graduate, Roger is the daughter of a successful watercolour artist and spent years travelling, working in museum exhibits, creating murals and putting on shows. "I give them all names," she said. "They all have their own characters." A "French dude" named Luc, a "poor guy whose wife left him" named Leslie and Chad, a "Metrosexual who gets his eyebrows done," are a few of the characters in Roger's `Curbs' series.
