Manager of communications services for the school board Marnie Denton says the school will likely begin as kindergarten to Grade 7, and then include Grade 8 students the following year, as most kids won't want to leave their school for their final year. Pilgrim Wood, Abbey Lane and a small group from Captain R. Wilson are among students who will be a part of the new school next year. Denton says the boundaries have not yet been established to determine what areas will feed the school. The bristol board plans of the school were on the plot of land Wednesday and indicated a Kindergarten play area as well as an area for potential portables outside the school.
