Launched during a small Tuesday ceremony at the Mia Via Restaurant, the Internet program is intended to break through the barriers of cost, time and flexibility that often bar the way to professional development in the non-profit field. "Over the last several years our training and consulting services have spent a great deal of time enhancing the professional development offered to staff and volunteers in the non-profit sector. E-Learning is the natural next step, providing a wide range of cost effective, user friendly courses at the convenience of the user." At a cost of $50 per year per subscriber, staff and volunteers in the non-profit sector will gain unlimited access to more than 80 modules covering a wide array of business related topics, which range from courses on conflict management to employee disciplining to marketing basics.
