An Environmental Study Report (ESR) has been prepared to document the planning and decision making process undertaken for this study. This notice is to inform the public that the ESR for this project has been completed and placed in the public record for a 30-day review period in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Class EA process. The study was conducted in compliance with Schedule C of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (2000, as amended in 2007), which is approved under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act. Following the November 21, 2007 Public Information Centre, the preferred alternative was reviewed in light of comments received. Taking into consideration the comments received from regulatory agencies and the public, the preferred site for the North Satellite Operations Depot and Patrol Yard is located within Town-owned lands on the west side of Neyagawa Boulevard between Dundas Street and Burnhamthorpe Road. The Environmental Study Report (ESR) has been prepared to document the planning and decision making processes that were followed. By this Notice, the ESR is being placed on the public record for a 30 day review period in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Class EA.
