"We've taken traditional recipes and taken them up a notch with new twists," said Julia. "We're infusing new energy into the old," she added. By `we' she refers to her longtime, revered and respected executive chef Carl Dahl of Julia Ristorante, a downtown destination that Hanna also owns.
