The Oakville Beaver will be compiling a multimedia slideshow after Halloween to depict this special night and we want your pictures. Send us pictures of your kids, or yourself, in costume for Halloween. Send us a picture of your Halloween party. Send us pictures of your haunted house, or your neighbour's haunted house decorated to spook the trick or treaters. If your school or day care centre is dressing up the kids for Halloween, send us your pictures. If your office or workplace gets in the spirit of Halloween, send us your pictures. Please include pertinent information about the photograph, including first and last names of subjects, where it was taken and who took the picture. All photos should be in the format of a high-resolution jpeg and sent to rjerred@oakvillebeaver.com by noon Monday. The Halloween slideshow should be ready for viewing by Wednesday, Nov. 5. TRICK OR TREAT Tiny Tots on Parade Friday Local tots are invited to join the 16th annual Tiny Tots On Parade in downtown Oakville on Halloween, Friday, Oct. 31. Parents, grandparents and caregivers are invited to bring their little ghosts and goblins trick-or-treating throughout the downtown core beginning at 10 a.m. in the Towne Square at Lakeshore Road and George Street. The fun begins with a ghoulish greeting from Daisy the Witch. The Oakville Fire Department will also be on hand in the Towne Square and Oakville's crossing guards will be on duty to ensure that the kids are safe.
