Beloved husband of the late Louise, loving father of Mary Cook (Ron), Leslie Forsythe (Jim), Heather Grace, Thom Smith (Brenda) and Judy Labourn (Wayne). Grandfather of Lindsay and Samantha Cook, James and Daniel Forsythe, Jesse (Justine) and Aaron Bertrand, Michael and Sheilagh Smith, Sarah Labourn and great-grandson Aedan Bertrand. Toms unique sense of humour and generous spirit will be missed by his many friends and family. We wish to recognize the loving care provided by the staff and volunteers of Ian Anderson House as well as the comfort and support given by Dr. T. DaSilva.
