This year's gala will feature the full spectrum of synchronized skating, from the Oakville Edge Intro-toSynchro team to visiting teams from Leaside and Gwillimbury to internationally-ranked teams Nexxice and Black Ice. The annual crowd favourite team of dads, Oakville Edgeless, will also be putting on a performance during the two shows, which are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Gala is the start of this year's synchronized skating season, so performers will be introducing new programs. Oakville Edge synchronized skating teams include two Intro-toSynchro squads and four competitive teams (beginner, elementary, juvenile and novice). Skaters of all ages will be participating. The gala will also offer a bake sale, 50/50 draws and a silent auction. Doors will open at 1 p.m. and all are welcome. Admission is $10 at the door and $7 in advance.
