Each meal is accompanied by house-baked Naan bread and a fresh salad. Naan bread baked to order on the hot clay wall of the Tandoor oven is like no other bread in the world. True Indian cuisine also features meals that are perfect for vegetarians: Spinach Paneer, a stew of spinach and chunks of cheese; Aloo Gobi, a flavourful combination of cauliflower florets and potatoes sautéed in fresh ginger, garlic, and tomato sauce; and Dal Makhani, a creamy black lentil specialty cooked in a charcoal oven and seasoned with heady Indian spices.
