The investigation involved the theft of 22 vehicles in Oakville and Milton -- stolen when they were left idling in driveways, parking lots and, in one case, someone's garage. Fifteen of the 22 vehicles were recovered -- five were recovered at Canadian Ports where they were ready to be shipped overseas. Another three were found in the GTA and six were still in Halton. The estimated value of the vehicles stolen between November 2009 and February 2010 is $786,000. Police say the value of the vehicles recovered is approximately $528,000. Four people are facing 125 charges in connection to the investigation. Dwayne Dyer, 29, of Toronto, faces charges including conspiracy to commit theft, 25 counts of theft over $5,000, attempted theft over $5,000, two counts of break and enter, breach of undertaking and breach of recognizance. Rose Ankrah, 23, of Windsor, faces charges of conspiracy to commit theft, 25 counts of theft over $5,000, attempted theft over $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime. John Boham, 30, of Toronto, is charged with conspiracy to commit theft and theft over $5,000. Bismark Owusu-Ansah, 49, of Brampton, is charged with conspiracy to commit theft, 25 counts of theft over $5,000, attempted theft over $5,000 and two counts of break and enter. Police have issued warrants for two more Toronto residents.
