In the park Guitarist at Moonshine Toronto-based guitarist Eric StLaurent will perform at the Moonshine Cafe tonight (Friday, June 18) in a trio of instrumentalists accompanied by a vocalist. St-Laurent released a CD this year, titled Epoch, featuring himself on guitar, Michel DeQuevedo on percussion and Jordaon O'Connor on bass. He performs Afro-Cuban inspired rhythms combined with jazz and blues. The concert will include both DeQuevedo and O'Connor as well as Justin Bacchus on vocals. Show time is 9 p.m. Cover charge is $5. The show will feature Carolina Lockwood who works with wood and ceramics. Displayed works could be used indoors or outdoors. The show will also feature paintings, prints and works on paper that depict sculpture or have a sculptural theme or textural element.
