The items are expected to raise several hundred thousand dollars, but most could end up going to cover the receiver's expenses. Even a former home on Lawrence Crescent in Oakville, which sold for $2.755 million, yielded just $639,000 once the mortgage, commissions and other expenses were paid, according to documents filed in court by the receiver, RSM Richter Inc.
