MRS. E. T. LIGHTBOURN

Following a lengthy illness, Minnie Frances Lightbourn, widow of the late E. T. Lightbourn, died at her home, Dunn Street S., Monday evening. She was 83 years of age.

The late Mrs. Lightbourn was born in Toronto, a daughter of the late Canon A. J. Williams and Mrs. Williams. Her father was for many years rector of St. John's Garrison Church. She was educated at Bishop Strachan's School. Mrs. Lightbourn had been a resident of Oakville for fifty years. She was a member of St. Jude's Church, and took an active interest in the work of the women's organizations in the church. Her husband died about three years ago, and she is survived by one son, A. Harvey Lightbourn, Oakville, and three daughters, Mrs. J. C. Reiffenstein, Miss Audrey and Miss Ruthe Lightbourn, all at home, besides four grandchildren.

The funeral was held yesterday afternoon from St. Jude's Church to St. Jude's Cemetery. Services were londucted (sic) by Rev. F. C. Jackson, assisted by Canon F. G. Lightbourn of Stratford, a nephew of the late Mrs. Lightbourn.
