DR. JOHN ROSSALL - Sandford passed away peace fu l l y on Augus t 2 7 t h , 2 0 1 0 , a t O a k v i l l e Tr a f a l g a r Memorial Hospita l . Born in 1930 in Saltash, Cornwall , UK, John grew up in Exeter during WWII and went on to s tudy med ic ine a t Queen s Co l l ege Cambr idge , i n t e rn ing a t M idd l esex Hospital, London, before immigrating t o C a n a d a . E v e n t u a l l y s e t t l i n g i n Oakville, he spent 45 years doing what he loved most: being an ear, nose and t h r o a t d o c t o r, s a i l i n g , g a r d e n i n g , t ravel l ing and enjoying the beaut i fu l lakefront home he made with Dabney, h i s be loved w i f e o f 35 yea rs , who passed away earlier this year. John is survived by his chi ldren Scott , Paul and Susan; Dabneys three chi ldren, D o d s o n , A n d r e w a n d P a r r i s h ; h i s twelve beautiful grandchildren; and his s is te r Armine . A memor ia l ser v ice followed by a reception will be held at 11 :00 AM on Sa tu rday, Sep tember 4 t h , 2 0 1 0 a t S t J u d e ' s A n g l i c a n Church in Oakville, Ontario.
