Tennant will speak on The Great Unwritten Contract: What Advertisers Owe You, And What You Owe Advertisers at the Oakville Conference Centre, (QEW & Bronte Road). Registration and cash bar is at 6 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m. The three-course dinners cost $30/members, $40/non-members and $15/students. Twelve-month rolling member- ships are available at $30 single, $55 family and $75 corporate. Tennant is the producer and co- creator/writer of CBC Radio's award-winning The Age of Persuasion. He is also the co-author of The Age of Persuasion: How Marketing Ate Our Culture, an entertaining and eye-opening insid- er's look at the ever-expanding world of marketing. Many may remember him as the Ad Columnist on CBC Radio's Definitely Not the Opera, comment- ing on topical ad stories and how they related to popular culture.
