MARKS, Peter (J.P.T.M) (1920-2010) F.C.I.I.(1948) F.I.A. F.C.I.A. (1965). Peter le f t us on September 8 , 2010 wi th th is note : Son of Howard and F l o r e n c e M a r k s r a i s e d d u r i n g t h e depression in Bloomsbury with sisters Joan and Peggy, served as RAF pi lot in World War I I , came to Canada in 1962 with his beloved wife Margaret Anne Conway who had made him the proud father of Susan, Josephine and Anthony, but a sad widower in 1971. F o r t u n a t e l y i n 1 9 7 6 h i s b e l o v e d Cynthia, widow of Colin Bell, became a daily visitor and constant companion helping him enjoy the brief encounters with Susan and her children Michael, D a v i d , P e t e r a n d E l i s a b e t h f r o m A u s t r a l i a a n d r e g u l a r v i s i t s f r o m Josephine and Richard Hinterhoel ler and the i r three ch i ldren Made le ine , B e v e r l e y a n d N i c h o l a s a n d f r o m Anthony and Pame la and the i r two sons Steven and Gordon. Vis i tat ion w i l l b e h e l d a t t h e Wa r d F u n e r a l Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakvi l le (905)844-3221 on Fr iday September 10th from 5-8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Hospital For Sick Children.
