- A hand tinted photograph of the beach at Bronte, at the time part of Trafalgar Township, Ontario. The beach is on the west side of Bronte Harbour, off West River Street. The land reaches out to Bronte Bluffs Park.

- This is a hand coloured postcard photograph of Bronte Beach, taken prior to 1910. The photograph was commissioned for local sale by the Bronte postmaster, Joseph S. Flumerfelt. Bronte Post Office was located on Bronte Road, south of Lakeshore on the west side. It was closed after Oakville took over Trafalgar Township in 1962.
Allie O. Flumerfelt was the son of J.S. Flumerfelt, Bronte postmasters.
The stamp is a 1 cent "Canada Postage" green stamp, King Edward VII. King Edward VII died in 1910 and the next King George V stamps began in 1911 which assists in dating the postcard image and message.
The post mark on the back reads, "Bronte Ont. ??A????". The post mark on the front reads, "WOODBRIDGE AM A23 10 ONT.". - Inscriptions
- Commercial printing on the back: "PRIVATE POST CARD.", "THIS SPACE MAY BE USED FOR CORRESPONDENCE.", "THIS SPACE IS FOR ADDRESS ONLY.", "Pub. by J. S. Flumerfelt & Son, Bronte, Ont.", "I.S.F. 5565","Made in Germany.". Handwritten in pencil: "HLT", "$8.00", "J".
The card is addressed to: Miss Crossin, Woodbridge, Ont. How is Miss Crossin. I trust Charlie is still enjoying the bliss of single blessedness. Jean?? - Date of Publication
