A player who was around last season when the Devils owned the Eagles, defeating them three times, Leveridge said that he was overwhelmed with excitement after finally overcoming a team like OT. "It's incredible. It's the goal that every team in the Halton region moves towards, and the question was always what are we going to do against OT to beat them," he said. Although the game got heated at times, especially near the end, Leveridge said his team has nothing but respect for a team that has been so successful for such a long time. "We finally have an amazing team here." -- The Eagles will host Hamilton Catholic finalist St. Jean de Brebeuf Monday in a Golden Horseshoe Athletic Conference qualifying contest.
