Police warn homeowners to be vigilant By David Lea OAKVILLE BEAVER STAFF Halton police are warning residents to be vigilant in the wake of a series of break-ins at homes in Clearview, Glen Abbey and Palermo. Police said about a dozen break-ins have occurred in these neighbourhoods since the beginning of the year -- with nearly half of those in June alone.
