WILSON, (Barrett, Dockstader) Patricia Joan Passed away suddenly at O.T.M.H. on Thursday June 14th, 2012, in her 80th year. Patricia is survived by daughter Cindy (Lorri), son's Rick (Sue) and John (Robyn). She was predeceased by her son, B o b b y, i n 1 9 8 6 . P a t r i c i a i s a l s o survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. We would like to extend a sincere thank-you to Dr. Gabriel and Dr. Kirby for their compassion and care of our Mom. We also extend a heartfelt thank-you to RN's Natalie and Judith in ICU for making Mom so comfortable in her final hours. A private family burial and memorial gathering was held at St. Jude's Cemetery on Friday June 22, 2012. Mom will be sadly missed by family and friends.
