"I want it to be spooky, but not scary," said Wirtz. "It's for the kids, so I don't want to make it too scary because I don't want them to run away." Wirtz said his goal is to give the children who visit his home a great Halloween experience so they will be inspired to carry on the tradition as they grow up.
