This Halloween, Wednesday, Oct. 31, the Downtown Oakville BIA will host its 20th annual Tiny Tots on Parade. The BIA invites all trick-or-treaters to come down to Towne Square to show off their costumes at 10 a.m. and then receive treats and goodies from the local merchants. As this Halloween tradition goes, young ghosts and goblins will take over downtown Oakville until noon. The fun will begin in the Towne Square promptly at 10 a.m. with a ghoulish greeting from Dusty the Witch, which will herald the start of the fun. The Downtown Oakville BIA has extended a special thank-you to the Town of Oakville for providing crossing guards for the event, as well as the Halton Regional Police and the Oakville Fire Department for having their personnel present.
