FORBES, David After a short battle with cancer a t O a k v i l l e Tr a f a l g a r M e m o r i a l Hospital David passed away on October 31, 2012 at the age of 53 with his loving family by his side. Loving husband of Susan, devoted father of Jessica and Carter. Brother of Lynne Forbes and Nancy Urwin (Al). Loving uncle to Samantha, Rene, Amanda and Kyle. He will be sadly missed by all his friends and family. The family will be having a private interment. A celebration of David's life will take place on Saturday November 10, 2012 from 2 - 4 pm at the Glen Abbey Golf Course, 1333 Dorval Dr. Oakville. In lieu of flowers, donations in memoriam to the Canadian Blood Services would be appreciated.
