BAVERSTOCK, Mary Sheila (Pettit)Peacefully on March 2nd, 2007 at the young age of 66, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Survived by her children Mike (Heidi), Diane Lentz, Joe and Janice Goulart. She will be sadly missed by her seven grandchildren, Elizabeth, Julie, Mandy, Josh, Cody, Anthony and Brett. A long time resident of Oakville but more recently Gilmour, Ontario. She will be sadly missed by her many friends. Those who knew Sheila were touched by her humour and kindness. Many thanks to the staff at Credit Valley during her treatments and finally the ER and 4th floor staff at O.T.M.H. especially Yolanda in palliative care for their wonderful support and for making mom's last days comfortable. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 11a.m. at Oakview Funeral Home, 56 Lakeshore Rd. West, Oakville 905-842-2252. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
