Caregiver, associates face fraud-related charges Halton police have issued arrest warrants for six people on fraud-related charges after an Oakville senior was allegedly scammed out of more than $300,000 by his caregiver and her associates. Between 2010-11 the senior employed a woman in his home to assist him with daily living.
