At the Schomberg tournament, the Devils blanked Centre Wellington 4-0 in the final, Oakville's third win in as many games. The Devils also downed New Tecumseth 6-0 and edged Oro 7-6 in a shootout during the tournament. In Niagara Falls, the Devils won three of five games, including a 5-1 win over Niagara Falls Lowe's. Oakville bowed out of the tournament with a 3-0 loss in the semis. Synchro Capers Feb. 16-17 Skate Oakville, in collaboration with Skate CanadaCentral Ontario, will host the Synchro Capers Invitational skating competition next weekend, marking the first time the local figure skating association has hosted the event.
