The Town's Planning and Development Council voted Monday to endorse land use options for Chisholm and Brantwood and directed staff to make those plans a reality. The Chisholm property, at 165 Charnwood Dr., will see the creation of nine detached homes consistent with the R02 zoning predominant in the surrounding area. The woodlot and playground present will be slightly enlarged.
