Meagan McLellan, 66, president of the Toronto-based cosmetics company Cellex-C International Inc., was named as the donor during Monday night's council meeting. McLellan, who primarily lived in Toronto, but also maintained residences in Oakville, died Thursday, Feb. 28 following a two-year battle with cancer.
