That's because the Province is doubling its GO Transit service during off-peak hours on the Lakeshore East and West lines. That means trains will -- as of June 29 -- run every 30 minutes on the Lakeshore lines between Aldershot to the west and Oshawa to the east. Current service is every hour except during rush hours. "Basically, you can show up at a train station on the Lakeshore East or West line and it's approaching the time period that you associate with subways," said Oakville MPP Kevin Flynn Kevin Flynn announcing the service boost Friday at the Bronte GO Station. "When you show up on the platform, you'll know if you've just missed a train, there will be a train shortly," said Flynn. In Oakville, there will be a total of 18 more trains heading east and 19 more heading west on weekdays. Oakville will also see 24 more trains on Saturdays see No on p.3 MacLachlan College Oakville's only IB World School, proudly offering the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme A STEP BEYOND IN CARE DO YOU HAVE: · Foot/Arch Pain? · Ingrown Toenails? · Diabetes? · Swollen Ankles? · Corns, Calluses?
