With that in mind, Clearwater Ponds has opened a retail showroom to showcase a selection of ponds and water features that appeal to all of the senses. Staffed by a group of industry experts known as The Pond Squad, Clearwater Ponds brings more than 10 years of experience designing, creating and maintaining hundreds of water features to the new showroom. "We're bringing that experience and expertise to the store," says office manager Melanie Downes. "Our customers told us this is what they need, experts in building and maintaining ponds in a retail location." Answering the call, Clearwater Ponds' 3,500 square foot location showcases and supplies everything you need to build and maintain a pond. Offering all the special bacteria and treatments required to ensure a pond's ecosystem is running smoothly, the store also sells fish and water plants to enhance new and existing ponds, as well as all the equipment required for a homeowner to create their own pond. "The design and installation is still at the heart of what we do," Downes explains, "but now people can come in and see the full scope of what we, or they, can do." It provides the inspiration people may need to create and enjoy a water feature with the help of Clearwater Ponds. Even condo owners will love the options to add beauty to their balcony. To celebrate the new store, Clearwater Ponds will be hosting a grand opening event this Saturday, May 11 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The day-long grand opening will have the entire Pond Squad on-hand to answer any questions you may have about building a water feature in your yard.
