COULTER, Wm. Blair Peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Sunday, August 4, 2013 at the age of 84. Survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Margaret, loving father of Bill, Donna (Al) and Kevin (Lesley Ann). Predeceased by his grandson Scott Coulter and remembered by his grandchildren, Chris, James, Tanya, Jennifer, Michael, Kayla, Melissa and Jordan. Sadly missed by his sister, Maureen Matheson of West Vancouver, BC, sister-in-law Nancy (Ted) of Ponoka, AB and brother-in-law Paul (Carmen) of Victoria, BC, cousin Norma Hastings of Seattle, WA and nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff and nurses of 4 Centre for their compassionate care. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Canadian Cancer Society or The Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated. At Blair's request, no funeral service will be held. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, August 25th from 2-5 p.m.
