Dave Skjarum, Craig Ecclestone and Tim Evans coach the Rangers. Ryan Procunier is the trainer, and Paul Enright manages the team. Novice A Hornets win Harvest Classic Allowing an average of one goal per game, the Oakville novice A Hornets went undefeated to win the championship at their own Harvest Classic girls' hockey tournament recently. The squad of eight-year-olds doused the Clarington Flames 5-1, tamed the Whitby Wolves 2-1, slowed the Cambridge Roadrunners 4-1 and snagged the Burlington Barracudas 4-2 in its first four games. Oakville then downed the Wolves once again in the final, this time by a 3-0 score. Contributing to the win were Augusta Monte, Carley Clugston, Carsyn Weber, Ella Jackson, Ellie Markakis, Emma Coulter, Jenna Caine, Jessie McLeish, Jillian Jackman, Jillian Mahoney, Julianna Sacha, Kennedy Goddard, Kristina Semren, Mila Madon, Sydney Lavallee and Teya Maloney. The team is coached by Jason McLeish, Ryan Mahoney, Dino Markakis and Dan Lavallee. The trainer is Teresa Semren and manager is Vicki Sacha.
