The event has become a pinnacle of the year for the community, said Keri Schoonderwoerd, who heads publicity for the Oakville Santa Claus Parade Committee. "We are so excited to bring Santa back to Oakville for the 65th annual parade. Whether it's their rst parade or 65th, all residents of Oakville look to the parade to kick off the holiday season," said Schoonderwoerd.
