Oakville Shriners play Santa The Oakville Shrine Club brought an extra helping of holiday joy to the children and families of ErinoakKids, recently. An annual event, the Shriners donated more than $1,000 in toys and much-needed gift cards to the treatment centre for children with disabilities on Dec. 9. "We're are all about helping kids, and that's also what ErinoakKids is all about," said local Shriner Hal Watson. "So, it's a good fit for Shriners to support the kids and families who depend on ErinoakKids." Each year, the Oakville club members collect donations of toys at their annual Christmas party, and Watson, with fellow Shriner Doug Clouse, brings them to ErinoakKids.
