Clean enough for a picture. So, I pulled into one of the little river side parks and jockeyed the car into position, ah > , just so, posed against the spread out skyline of troit. The Neon first debuted as a '95 model that prom ised perky performance and personality at a budget price. That theme carried over with significant fixes and a more refined edge when the second-generation 2000 model year makeover bumped up the overall size, styling level and option list. Chrysler engineers enhanced the standard dynamics of body rigidity, sound insulation, brake, suspension and steering systems, and wrapped the whole package up with new, better quality interior and exterior treatment.
