The UIP offers students who are considering attending an Ontario university the chance to learn more about admission requirements, scholarships, the application process, residency and campus life. The sessions are designed to assist graduating high school students with making an informed decision before they apply to university in January 2015. They are also aimed at assisting students with high school course selections in order to guide them in choosing a university program. Students and their parents will have the chance to attend a fair-style session, held in a school gym, where they can visit each Ontario university rep individually.
