- Residence of Miss R.A. Wass "Balsam Lawn" Oakville, Ontario. The house was built by William Lee for William Wass in 1878. William and his wife lived in the house until their deaths 1892 and 1903 respectively. Their daughter Rebecca lived there until her death in 1925.
