He has w orked for the A m erican Em bassy in various countries as a chef, and has fine-tuned his culinary talents in other local fine-dining establishm ents, but decided it was tim e to focus on his love for Egyptian, G reek and Lebanese food. A few favourites y o u 'll find on the menu at this casual, family oriented restaurant include shaw arm a and falafel, stuffed grape leaves, and a few Lebanese favourites - Pork and Lam b shashlik.
