Halton Catholic school board discussing school closures The Halton Catholic District School Board has announced dates for its community consultation meetings to discuss possible school closures in Oakville and Burlington. With falling enrolments and aging buildings, the board is recommending the closure of three Burlington schools and one Oakville school and the consolidation of others.
