In the case of the Limited Interests In Perpetuity (Permanent Easements) for the municipal purpose of entering with all necessary vehicles, machinery, equipment and other material required to facilitate construction, installation and maintenance of drainage works including, but not limited to, the installation of a storm water management system and/or placement of pipes, culverts and other material, grading, access for the construction and/or reconstruction, repair and maintenance of drainage works, bridges and culverts ancillary and necessary to the William Halton Parkway Project and works ancillary thereto; and To facilitate construction, installation and maintenance of drainage works including, but not limited to, the installation of a storm water management system including ditches, swales, storm water management ponds and other material, grading, access for the construction and/or reconstruction, repair and maintenance of the drainage works, bridges, swales, storm water management ponds and ditches ancillary and necessary to the William Halton Parkway Project, but capable of termination and replacement by urban systems when urban development occurs, at the option of The Regional Municipality of Halton, in the Town of Oakville and works ancillary thereto. Any owner of lands in respect of which notice is given who desires an inquiry into whether the taking of such land is fair, sound and reasonably necessary in the achievement of the objectives of the expropriating authority shall so notify the approving authority in writing: a. in the case of a registered owner, served personally or by registered mail within thirty (30) days after the registered owner is served with the notice, or, when the registered owner is served by publication, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice; b. in the case of an owner who is not a registered owner, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice.
