Description
Albert and Hettie Biggar travelled out west to Manitoba to visit Jennie (Munn) Reid. Unfortunately, there is no date on this photograph but Jennie died in 1935 so I have put the possible trip date between 1925 and 1935.

Jennie and Hettie had married in a double wedding ceremony at the church in Munn's Corners in 1883, Trafalgar Township. Jenny married Cecil Reid, a family cousin from Milton, Ontario. The Reids then went west to Manitoba with Mr. William Henry Spearin according to family descendents, living first in a "soddy" or sod roofed house while they got the farm established. There is another poor quality photograph in the album which includes Jennie's children, Edna Mildred Spearin, b.1884 and Henry Cecil Reid, Albert and Mr. Reid as well as Hettie and Jennie. In this photo, Jennie's daughter looks closer in age to the early estimated time frame.

The photograph isn't labelled but it is likely Millie, Jennie and Hettie.
Notes
According to some internet geneology information, Jennie is buried in the Brandon Municipal Cemetery but as of this writing, only a portion of those graves are searchable online and hers is one that is not online.
