- Wilbert H. Biggar, Reeve of Trafalgar, speaking at the opening of a new addition to the Oakville Trafalgar Highschool in 1950. Wilbert retired as Trafalgar Reeve at the end of 1950 according to a December 14, 1950 article in the Acton Free Press.
The Oakville Highschool was located on Reynolds Street, Oakville. In 1946, the districts of Trafalgar and Oakville merged and the school's name was changed to Oakville Trafalgar High School. It is often called just "OT".
There had been several new additions such as science labs, gyms, and classrooms. The plot of land beside the school was also bought to accommodate these new rooms.
In 1992 because the aging school was again too small, it was moved to the newly built facility on Devon Road. - Date Of Event

- Wilbert Henry, b.May 6, 1887. Married Mary Ethel Conover, b.1888 d.1949. Wilbert and Mary Ethel's children were Harold C., 1917-2004, Clare O. Bigger, 1937-1945, Lois, 1919-1997, Russell and (twins) Martha and Kathryn. Grandparents of Wilbert were Michael Lafey Bigger, d.December 10, 1921 who married Belinda (Cronkrite) Bigger, d.December 31, 1898. Their son, James William Bigger, d.December 10, 1921. Their son, Albert Anson Bigger, b.November 13, 1856, d.June 24, 1938 married Henrietta (called Hettie) Almira or Elmira (Munn) Bigger, b.October 26, 1860, d. November 26, 1962. These are Wilbert's parents. Hettie's parents were King Henry Munn and Ann Catherine Snider. Children of Hettie and Albert were: Clara A. Bigger, b.February 13, 1884, d.1978. William James, b.July 26, 1886. The family is buried at St. Jude's Cemetery, Oakville.
