CMHA and YMCA of Oakville team up for wellness seminar The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and YMCA of Oakville are hosting weekly sessions to help residents feel better. The Living Life to the Full seminar includes eight 90-minute sessions that will run Tuesdays from 1-2:30 p.m., April 12May 31. It will be held at the YMCA of Oakville, 410 Rebecca St. Thanks to a sponsorship donation from CMHA Halton Region Branch, the cost to register is $90 per person (reduced from $185) -- further financial assistance is available by contacting the local YMCA at 905-845-3417.
