John Bkila Sub-Editor jbkila@oakvillebeaver.com Three more chances to see I Do, I Do, I Do at Burl-Oak Residents in the mood for a wedding may want to head out and catch Burl-Oak Theatre's latest comedy. I Do, I Do, I Do by Robin Hawdon, which opened last night (Thursday), tells the unlikely story of Diana, a girl who has it all -- including all the men swooning over her -- and the choice between three marriage proposals, all in the same weekend. What's a girl to do? "Jamie is the much envied man to whom she is betrothed. Tom is the attractive boyfriend of Jamie's sister. Geoff is the old best friend who is to be the best man," stated a media release. "What's more, she (Diana) is the daughter of that most reviled of species, the wealthy banker." Who Diana chooses isn't revealed until the final curtain. Staged at the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts (OCPA), the show continues tonight (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) at 8 p.m., with a Sunday (April 17) matinee at 2 p.m. Group pricing available Burl-Oak Theatre Group is offering Oakville groups of four people or more a special price of $25 ($5 off the regular ticket cost) when they use the promo code SPRING while ordering.
