The board went through an over view of the case, including evidence, witness names and introductory state ments from the Town, Clublink and Halton Region, on Monday (Jan. 30) at Town Hall. The proceedings will deal with the Town' s interim control bylaw, origi nally enacted Feb. 1,2016 for one year and then extended in November until Jan. 31, 2018, of the Glen Abbey Golf Club property The bylaw temporarily blocks de velopment of the lands. Clublink appealed the enactment and extension of the interim control bylaw to the OMB, which scheduled a seven-day hearing at Town Hall.
