The goal of Breakfast for Learning Week (Sept. 26th to Oct. 2nd) is to increase awareness about the impor tance of children's nutrition as it relates to learning. During Breakfast for Learning Week, the public will have a chance to tour existing school nourish ment programs. The week is being organized by the Food for Thought Community Partner's Program which is made up of a group of businesses, non-profit orga nizations, and volunteers who care about the health and nutrition of chil dren (e.g. London Telecom, The Royal Bank, Ikea, Halton Social Planning Council and Volunteer Centre, Halton Regional Health Department, YMCA of Oakville, The Halton Anti-Poverty Coalition, The Halton District and Separate School Boards).
